  Rooms a bit aged, but large and spacey. Place has a Shisha shop as well a restaurant which holds events. Did not get a room with a view, but the place has really nice views. It's small number of rooms , so you feel a personal service which is nice.

  The place is perfectly situated at the heart of Qurum, near the beach, restaurants, shops and night life. The location was perfect but the price is a bit expensive for the place. Filipino service crew were amazing but there were language barrier with the other crew. We checked in late but advised the staff but they still put us on a different room and transfereed us the following day to a much bigger room. Since they only have 10 rooms, when we extended, they asked us to transfer again to a none seaview room. The transfers makes the experience less pleasant. And I think their price is just a couple of bucks away from 5star hotels. But the view, the location compensated for it.

  Great little place not on the usual tourist radar. Good spacious rooms and reasonable prices, not the cheapest but very competitive. If you want a boutique hotel, actually on the beach, with great room views, this is the place. Bar (Route 66) and restaurant, Shesha on the terrace, nice pool.
