  Possibly the worst real estate company I have dealt with. ASTCO had acquired the building (dominos building in alkhuwair) I was residing in from the previous landlord & during vacating the flat they declined to refund my one-month security rent amount. I had given two months notification for vacating the flat before expiry of my contract, however to avoid refunding the advance amount they imposed a one month rent amount claiming that as notice period fee. They come in for a flat inspection while vacating with a check list & charge you for things like faulty bulbs & other stuff (the ones which cannot be physically damaged by the tenant), levy maintenance charges ( mine was amounting to 87 riyals) including painting which no other real estator’s or landlords do (there is no inspection check list when you move in to the flat) They never agree for direct discussions with the landlord for which a tenant has rights to. Apart from the high rent that I paid for 2 whole years & completing my tenancy contract period in full, I ended up paying 1 additional month’s rent for not residing in the flat. I highly do not recommend them. would wish to rate with negative stars.

  I was staying in their building. Their maintenance is very poor. If something get faulty in the building, it never gets repaired. They charge more boasting of good maintenance and good service, but it is not so. Also during vacating time they charge you for everything painting, faulty sanitary fixture, faulty lamps everything (they got a checklist for it). But when you move into the flat they even don't bother to get it painted properly. I did not get the gas detector but during the vacating time they asked me to pay for it (Unfortunately their is no check list for moving in time). They just try to make it look good and earn more and more money for themselves. I don't recommend them.

  I got a interview call n got selected. after selection i needed to go for MEA on my certificate before going for MEA attestation i confirmed 2 times. but after a day of submission for MEA i got a call that my salary will be half of the salary on which i got selected. I lost my 5000 INR for attestation. if anyone getting any offer from ALI SHAIHANI ask for offer letter first.
