  Hotel location is nice, but checking in was very slow it keeps me waiting for more than half an hour, i called the manager a day before and had ask about the price and said it is OMR.20 per day but when i arrived the next morning the 1 bedroom flat with 2 single beds was priced 25 omani riyal already.. i was shocked.. im a solo backpacker and tired from the trip going here so i grab it and their excuse about the price is because all hotels in the area are fully booked, just wondering why they dont have a fixed rate and taking advantage with the customers who need a place to stay for a day. in comparison with the other hotel i stayed in Sur months before i came, this is a thumbs down for me.

  average appointment, if you don’t have option then book. Clean room with less facility.

  Fun and quite. Directly on the beach and next to a busy local restaurant.

  This hotel has the perfect mix of what you would like; clean, comfortable rooms. The hotel was clean and freshly renovated. The bed was extremely comfortable and all seemed to be in order. Long Beach and Park have behind the hotel. Makes up for in personality, cleanliness and value for money. Highly recommended to anyone travelling Sur and light who is looking to spend the majority of his/her waking hours outside in the sun
