  This review only serves to highlight the level of service. Extremely slow. There are two option of either tell or customer service both of which will cost you a minimum of 30 minutes waiting. Ther are 4 counters only for customer service and each transaction will take anywhere upto an hour; you're in for a long wait. If you have a quick question don't even bother, as soon as you enter there is only a machine that instructs you to take a number and you're just left to wait indefinitely to be have your queries resolved. No idea on how and if my question will being me resolve or will be worth the wait once my number is called but that's just the cost of coming here. Terrible service/management considering that a newly opened NBO with a possiblity of better service is right across the street. Only recommend if you have time to spare.

  Few customers and short waiting lines. Good services. Nice and comfortable place. Needs more chairs.
