  Nice interior, nice location but why I am rating one star .. because when I visit them for the first time I choose a service and was verified the price with them .. when I finished the tell me double price of what we was agreed .. they said I change my mind during the hair cut .. and this is not right .. true the did the work for the double price but it wasn't my request .. I though it comes with my request ... it's a strategic to earn more income because they don't have many clients .. I can feel that .. they keep adding more services to let you pay and shy to argue . I will not vist again ... spaloon is the second good choice in muscat .

  Good salon... A bit on expensive side. But the staff is skilled and knows their work.

  High class service. Pre shaving was superb and post shaving is refreshing . Bilal was the name of the barber . Must say best beard shave had in town .

  Don't know why some people have rated this service highly. Their client care is very mediocre or highly discriminatory. Don't know what the fuzz is all about. In my personal opinion I did not see anything positive to talk about them except the location the shop, their brand identity and promotion, the interior. Didn't even care to part and clip the hair before doing an fade over undercut. The haircut itself was reasonable but lack finesse. Unprofessional staff, too inquisitive of personal matters and least communicative in English. Went with an appointment. The staff didn't have price for a hair product I inquired them about on phone.
