::A favourite venue of Oman Toastmasters to hold their contests and other events. It is situated to one end of the city and is quite a distance for those from the other end of the city. The reception area is neat. The banquet hall has too many pillars which makes it difficult to have a good view of the stage unless you are seated in the center. The food that I have had at the various events was decent.

::Friendly staff. Nice bathroom and bedroom. Price-performance ratio is very good. Breakfast is nothing special, but the attentively staff always asks if you want anything else thats not with the buffet. Air condition is working properly and the bedrooms don't heat up much during the day. Supermarket is just across the street. Laundry service is not free! Loud traffic noise!

::Needs improvement in room service and cleanliness. This hotel used to be among best hotels in town. Looks like management has changed in recent years.......
