  Good place to stay and spend time. On the beach. Breakfast buffet spread is very nice. Staff is very helpful & friendly. Pool is decent.

  Great location. Slightly lower prices than other 4 star hotels in the area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, spacious, and quiet rooms. Good overall food from the restaurants. Nice breakfast buffet with wide variety of dishes. Provide various day trip activities for guests. The pool was not that big and didn't have any section that was deep enough for adults. Although it's a nice walk on the sand, the sea was just too far from the hotel (around 200 meters) which is not very convenient.

  Close to the airport is the Hilton Hotel, which is more than twenty years old. The hotel landscape is nice, with palm trees and a pool in the middle. Very cool bar and also a possibility to have a shisha. The food at the dinner buffet was just okay. The rooms are big and typical for a Hilton hotel. At the moment is a big construction location next to the hotel and the hotel itself is also under renovation.

  On 15/03/2018 I have visited the hotel as a guest. I had invited around 28 people for dinner at their restaurant. Althought the buffet was not at the range of a 4 star hotel, I did not complained about it. However i was disappointed with the hospitality and the behaviour of the restaurant manager. After my guests left and paid the bill (Omani Rials 550.000) I have requested for one last beer as complimentary, and instead of that they charged me three rials. For me to pay another three rials was not an issue, but their attitude was. Another three rials would not make a difference to them, but they lost a customer. When I questioned about their hospitality, he was offended by my comments and said, you have to pay the three rials. Dear management, is not the renovation of the hotel that will bring you the clients but the good service and the professional people who know how to deal with customers

  Great place to laze around. Food at the palm Grove is very good especially the grilled fish and the steak. Amazing view of the beach and friendly staff. Pool is a bit small relative to the number of guests and the slide in the pool is sometimes closed. Rooms are a little dated but very comfortable to stay. The breakfast is a standard and has not been changed much for long time in terms of menu / offering. Some variety is long overdue.
