  Good service. Attentive staff. Swimming pool is well maintained. Restaurant serves variety of dining options. Reception staff is well cooperative. There is medium sized luguge storage room. Parking is the only issue coz limited parking in front of building however you can get place sometime cross the road and sometimes far away from the hotel. All of above good place to stay in middle of city. I recommend the place for pleasant holidays.

  One of the best hotels I have ever stayed truly the best of services very well maintained room I don't know why there is a negative review about this hotel it gives you all the facilities at such a low rate that it is impossible to get such a nice hotel in the heart of the city...   Location is perfect, it's in center. Staff is good. It's clean. The only thing I didn't like the mattress. Rest all good for this economical cost.

  Free wifi but no range in the room. Eventhough we have made full payment during online booking, onarrival we have been informed that the booked room is already occuppied and need to pay more and get another room. Food : Nice continental dishes. Full mark. Swimming pool available but not maintained well. Take room with mountain view which is wonderful to watch just like one attached here.

  not accomodating specially in the reception named marcel. no good signal of wifi on the 6th floor. we're requesting to transfer to a room with good wifi signal but they refused and in the reception they said, they have a wifi signal in the whole hotel and we're the only one who have a poor signal, and she said its not their problem.. how come its not their problem??? you went here to spend your free time to unwind but it comes out with agruing with the staff of the hotel just because of the wifi... take note we called 4 times and one staff went here in our room, he checked our phone also... but still no solution.... she dropped the phone she' s telling she's busy. we chose not to stay and took a refund.
