  The room was clean and well equipped, but the air conditioning was not working properly in my room. The hotel is nice, but I didn't enjoy the pillows. That's why 3 stars only.

  Ive stayed for 1 month here in mercure and the hotel is overall excellent: service, amenities, cleanliness, and people. Above all, the food is great and the chef is such a wonderful person that serves good food. Love every bit of it

  Good rooms... As read about it in many reviews... Cleanest hotels I have seen in sohar and muscat... The guy at the reception was courteous but not as expected... Very nice and we'll maintained property... But the issue was with the shower, it kept on having a splits of chilled water in between the hot water bath.... And it was a heavy one for sure...

  Great place to be. Wednesday great seafood grill. On Thursdays they have beef BBQ with ladies night and a Dj. Friday's super great brunch and Saturdays some family all day breakfast. Spend time at the pool with a few ice cold draft beers and great pool food. Staff is very nice. Rooms ultra modern and all you need and more.
