    I visited three times in Park Inn by Radisson Muscat for the IOSH-OMAN Branch monthly meetings.The experience is amazing during the my first visit at there I don't have much knowledge about the place.But,staffs friendly communicating approach I found it within minutes the meeting room.The Service is very good and staff satisfaction is very appreciate and good approach with visitors.The location which is nearby in Al-Ghurah Lulu Hypermarket area.

    I'm reviewing my review !! The review I wrote earlier was based on a disappointing experience I had had with the room service on the evening I arrived - a poorly prepared tomyam soup with a lack of attention to food quality. I must say the check-in and front desk was prompt and very attentive - a superb 5*. I was usually out all day so I only get to try their breakfast. Loved their range of muesli and cereal, fresh fruits and yogurts, and they serve compote - strawberry and pear this morning!! Freshly squeezed juice too. Really pampering. Loved it. I complained about the tomyam I had and they picked that up quick immediately. The executive chef, Ajay approached me, apologized and reassuring me that they can do better. I thought that was such a remarkable response, demonstrating that they actually cared about their customers' experience with the hotel. Ajay got the kitchen to prepare a cup of karak tea for me that morning. It was lovely and I'm having another cuppa this morning. I would give them another go with cooking me a meal.
