  The hotel’s location is good and the staff is friendly but what is terrible that the minimum of a standard turndown service doesn't exist. They even never ask if the guest needs anything: for example, if you are thirsty, you should order a bottle of water to drink... That’s it, everything else is also pretty bad: small bathrooms, dirty floors, rundown furniture...

  It was affordable clean comfortable and neat. The downside was there every time you close the room door at beeped loudly and you could hear that all the way down the corridor. The breakfast selection was small but enough to satisfy the hungry traveller.

  The hotel is very well located but interiors and amenities are not proper. When I checked in my room was not ready even after prior information was given. After I reached room I noticed following problems - 1. Tv was not working. 2. Hand faucet was leaking. 3. Carpet was full of dust. 4. There was no iron only empty box was kept. 5. Mini bar was not working. It was stinking like rotten fish. 6. Breakfast is not vegetarian friendly. Neglecting above points following are good at hotel - 1. Room size is adequate. 2. Bed quality and bedding is good. Had a good sleep. 3. Hotel location is good. Just across the road to Nizwa mall. 4. Ample parking space. 5. Friendly staff. As a whole it is a average hotel.

  Quite good, rooms are made with the composition of 2 rooms. So you have one bedroom and one living room. But the bath is too little, and the shower wasn't the best.... Breakfast good: eggs, teas, cereals, bread and jams, white Yougurt..

  The hotel is located in the roundabout near the Lulu Hypermarket. It's a quiet place to stay since it's not around any food shops / stores. The receptionist was really helpful and welcoming. I think the negative side of this hotel is the room since it feels like it's too small and old. Bathroom cleanliness is not that great as well but always possible to improve. Hotel price is kinda high as it's only 2 star hotel. They don't offer so much activity in this hotel.
