  I stayed in this hotel during my Business Trip for 2 nights. It was good experience, the Hotel Manager and Staff welcome me very well and personally guided me till Elevators. Room service was very quick and professional. Room was well decorated but it the standard room size was bit small. There was no enough elevators, My room was somewhere on third floor and realized that the elevator is not very near. I took Garden View room and really enjoyed relaxing night view while sitting in near window. The Hotel resultant named Aanabi serves very traditional food and traditional style, the ambience and decoration was very cultural.

  Avoid this hotel unless you absolutely have to be at the mall or want to avail the airport shuttle. Although it is rated four or five stars on most sites, the facilities, upkeep and service do not even earn three stars in my opinion. Our room on arrival was not clean to say the least and not well kept, as there was a dirty coffee mug in the kitchen, ants all over the kitchen, and other issues. We requested a crib, which arrived with its own ant infestation. We informed them, put it outside and got no replacement or apology. For the airport shuttle, initially they wanted to charge me 3 OR per person for it, but as I protested as it was undisclosed, they waived it in the end. And even then, I scheduled a time for the shuttle, and ended up waiting almost 30 minutes as the porter wanted the driver to wait for another guest who was running late. On the positive side, the breakfast buffet and service was good, as was the gym. But we were extremely disappointed by the hotel as a whole.
