::The groomer at this branch is totally pathetic. When called up for an appointment to SVC, they suggested Qurum Branch. I too agreed since i had a wonderful experience at SVC 18th Nov. St. Branch with Dr. Vladimir and his team of true vet professionals. But really sorry to say that the quality of customer interaction was pathetic and my pet returned "totally shaved" rather than the offered medium hair. My suggestions for grooming would be: 1. Sama VC, 18th Nov. St. 2. Animal World, Qurum It's better to try these places for grooming rather than the Qurum Branch. No offense to SVC Management, but please make the grooming section visible to the pet owners(like in Animal World or Creatures). My pet wouldn't have cried inside the grooming room unless he was in pain. So I am requesting all who want to try this place, it's not worth it if you want to see your pet in its full glory and health. Thank you.

::The staff is so kind and considerate . My dog was showered with so much love and affection while he stayed there . Thank you Doctor for loving lil Max and for nursing him so well .
