  The most horrible customer service in oman , they pick up the phone rearely and laugh and take it as a joke when you tell them you have called them for two weeks for an item which was supposed to be delivered long ago. Not recommended at all. Extremely disappointing .

  I have never experienced such unprofessional and bazar service in all my life. I was promised delivery of my items around 130pm to 230pm and it is already 400pm and all that was delivered the AC and it was only dropped so another person comes to install. I have bought 6 items which were delivered in 4 delivery cars that meant I was suppose to call and arrange and drive guide each one of them. Moreover I called Sharaf DG customer care for help they said they will call me back which did not happen and instead each time I had to call them to get answers and finally they stopped answering my calls. NEVER EVER I AM GONNA SHOP FROM YOU AGAIN

  Very useful website with online shopping facility.Excellent customer service and fast delivery.
