  they gave me the worst hair cut and when i was there the barbers kept talking to each other and now all the kids at my school make fun of me.

  I can't speak to any of the other services, but this is one of the best places to get a haircut in Muscat. Good prices, great team of guys who know what they're doing. If you're a guy who needs a more intricate haircut than a buzzcut, this is the place to go.
