  Causal place. Decent wait staff. Pants required, even if sitting outside. Closing times vary, based on how many people are at the establishment...

  I like the vibe at The Bank and usually love eating there but when we went for dinner and drinks with friends recently I was a bit 'meh' about the food. We had a lovely evening and the staff were very friendly (sometimes a little slow on getting drinks orders or noticing we needed refreshments but on the whole, lovely). I was disappointed in how the nasi goreng was served as it was, because the delicious sauce was almost non-existent and stopped it from being unctuous. My other half didn't love the rib-eye either and left half of it.

  Good food and service at reasonable prices, and quite empty during lunch. Loved the fusion of sashimi in tacos.

  Reliably fantastic food. For strong flavors try the chicken liver and brandy pâté or whole baked camembert. The beef steak is cooked to perfection how you like it and the chocolate fondant, which is freshly prepared is to die for. “The Dentist”

  Good food. Awesome ambience. Lunch menu is very appealing and not crowded at all. Service is very good and staff very courteous. The outside seating especially during winter gives a stunning view of the beautiful city of Muscat. Can get extremely crowded during the evenings especially over the weekend. Parking slots are limited which may be a challenge and requiring you to park at the base of the hillock and walk the route. Not very appealing thought especially during summer.
