  Good service but it is the only place to do the service in a 400 km radius.

  It took me 30 min to arrange the service. 3 time and call them and in each time they are saying hold for 1 min then they transfer me to another one then to another one then they disconnect the call. Hope someone from the management is checking the reviews!

  The customer service is really bad. I had an appointment at 9:30 am and was there 10 minutes prior to it. The customer service employee asked me to wait in my chair as he had a client who came after me and apparently he knew personally. He kept me waiting for 15 minutes!! And after I finished I discovered that they didn't arrange a replacement car as we agreed upon 1 week ago + The person responsible for that went on leave without arranging it.
