  The staff here are incredibly helpful. I had a really annoying issue with my new debit card and they were ever so patient in helping me resolve my problem. Furthermore, the bank's facilities meet the average customer's requirements to a good degree. A minor drawback is that the CDM machines seem to malfunction quite regularly especially when the bank is closed but I believe it's more of a technical issue
