  Medium size hospital with 33 doctors, MRI machine and all kind of blood tests.

  Worst hospital.. Ever in my experience. First preference is for money not emergency. Any emergency required, Pay money firstly. That is their main focus. Then only they'll think to start treatments. Added advantage is very poor medication

  Good doctors and medical facilities. Very neat and hygienic. But scans, blood tests etc. are expensive.
