  I enjoy working at Dhofar University - I am self motivated and thrive on helping students particularly mentoring them to become achievers in their chosen fields. My colleagues are from different nationalities and we assist each other in many ways. I have learnt about Omani culture from students and colleagues and have also acquire more teaching experience internationally. I enjoy being in control of my time - time management is essential on this job both in the class and during administrative/tutorial period. The hardest part of this job is to see students who are weak failing exams even though I strive to ensure I do my utmost as a Lecturer. Obviously, the most enjoyable part of my job is seeing my students progressing to the next level of their courses.
