  Very bad service you have to wait for ever only 2 employees serving!! Waiting now around 4 hours, if you want to finish anything come early by 8 AM.

  We always have a not so good idea of what a 'government employee' or a 'government office' service is. Before going to POLO, Philippine Embassy for the first time, I expected the not so good side. I don't know if it's because the Omanis are kind people or that Pres. Duterte is an action man, and that these affects the office. This office is not your typical government office! During my time there, the employees came on time just before 8:00 am. They were smiling & in good spirits. They started the ball rolling right away. They were snappy in their work. When my turn came, male officer gave me the nice & fast service I would like to get. I left the office impressed because I finished earlier than what I expected.
