  Pros: Excellent gym in which you will find most if not all the equipment that you need. The location is excellent because there is a shopping center and a hotel nearby. There is a dedicated coach at the gym and they have a program for beginners. Cons: This is one of the oldest gyms in Nizwa and it gets crowded sometimes. The rubber floor needs changing.

  The best fitness/bodybuilding gym in Nizwa... driven by the best coaches/trainers and friendly people around nizwa.
