  I don't know about the NBO branches in other areas. But the NBO located in Al-Khaboura offers one of the worst customer service especially for expatriates. I have had few bad experiences. Once I went to the branch to avail service. They hy made me wait and they attended to other omani customers first. Omani customers who came after me and other expatriates and at the end when we went to the counter the staffs were like today's working hours are over come the next day. This has happened several times to other expatriate customers too. The worker at khaboura branch does not respect or do any help to the expatriate customers. We always recieve 2nd quality treatment.
