  The place is big and clean the service was really good the Wi-Fi was fast

  Worst place ever for an extended stay (week or longer). Terrible noise problems there. People smoke all over the hotel though it's supposed to be a non smoking hotel. The water pressures sucks butt on the 5th floor. The place is falling apart, the rooms never get cleaned properly and the management does not care about fixing things that are broken or wrong. And the wifi is the biggest joke. Stay 1 or 2 nights if you must, but for longer stays... find a better hotel. IJS

  Apartments are clean and beautiful for a family to spend your of nights but Wi-Fi really sucks and there is no restaurant nearby to go for dinner. You will have to depend on Apartment restaurant.

  Very well located for trips in and around Nizwa. Anu (the manager) and his staff went the extra mile and made our stay very enjoyable. Coming from the hotel industry ourselves, we can highly recommend this place. 10 out of 10. Well done!

  Nice, clean and spacious rooms. I stayed in the two bedroom apartments.
