  Tulip Downtown Muscat as it's now known is right on Ruwi roundabout, close to the commercial and business district. Taxis ply the road every so often and just a few minutes walk to the bus station. Could use a lot of upgrade but for the cheap price you pay for it ain't that bad. If you're not that fussy it's a comfortable stay overall.

  Great location if you are looking to be around closer to the centrally located Ruwi and CBD. Facilities are average and the staff tried hard and there is a lot of scope for improvement. Could be much better. You get what you pay for.

  It's a very economical hotel and located in the heart of the business area. Shopping for Gold , electronics , garments , dry fruits etc is in the same area.
