  Name changed to Tulip hotel, rooms in the second floors are not up to the standard.

  It's an OK place. They are now part of the Tulip Inn Group. Hopefully, they can get their staff into a customer service class which teaches greeting and smiling and whatnot. I was a bit disappointed that I was shown a good room on the top floor, but when I came back to check in, I was given a room that smelled like 4 monkeys had smoked 20 packets of cigarettes.
