  This might be a very nice place to stay. Unfortunately we have visited this place after a cyclone. But it still has very nice helpful staff.

  Peace and quiet! Good location. Near the beach, big pool. Friendly staff, clean rooms, old gym. Breakfast, restaurant, no alcohol service.

  Great location, staff is very friendly but some of the apartments are technically in bad shape (missing remote controls for AC and TV, not properly working vents, leaking facets...). We've stopped here several times during our stays in the Salalah region and probably will do so again.

  One of the best in Oman I have seen till now...close to mountain, within city, private festivals for gues, security n luxury...
