  Rooms are not clean, especially since I was paying a premium rate for 3 days in a row. Breakfast is very ordinary, most of the stuff in our room never worked like AC , cooker , no hot water either from the hot tap , taps on the kitchen area leaked throughout for 3 days ,there were just 2 English TV channels, no TV English channel for kids, telephone never worked, staff are very casual or too casual and dont get things done. Better to opt for a property like Holiday Ras Al Hadd , which us cleaner and where rooms are newer too.
