  Worest service you can get. Didn't receive a SMS although you pay for it. Trying to call, but they will never help because they say it's for Canada only, they are in the same office. This company is careless.

  Appointments mean nothing here. You have to come take a token and wait. Place looks like 1970s banks waiting areas and counters. I dont know why these coutries would approve a center that does not reflect their own standards in customer services. The token screen just went off as well .. What a joke
