::It took me 30 min to arrange the service. 3 time and call them and in each time they are saying hold for 1 min then they transfer me to another one then to another one then they disconnect the call. Hope someone from the management is checking the reviews!

::The customer service is really bad. I had an appointment at 9:30 am and was there 10 minutes prior to it. The customer service employee asked me to wait in my chair as he had a client who came after me and apparently he knew personally. He kept me waiting for 15 minutes!! And after I finished I discovered that they didn't arrange a replacement car as we agreed upon 1 week ago + The person responsible for that went on leave without arranging it.
