::very unfriendly stuff from security outside to office stuff. they wanted to charge me 200 OMR for a scratch that was already in the car when i took it. i had to spend another day of renting and bring the car to a garage to fix tha car. on return they charged me 25 OMR for cleaning. the car just came from washing in and out and was immaculately clean. please everybody. be very very carefull with this company. it seems that their business is not renting. its more charging you extra when you are going to return the car. there are a lot if other honest companys in muscat. even if you have to pay few bucks extra. take care.
