  Just called them to enquire about prices, the guy was a total douche about it, very rude. Glad the reviews kept me on guard even before I called them :) PLEASE DO NOT FALL INTO THEIR TRAP!!!

  Please rent from any other company but not from them, they will try to make you pay the maximum when you give the car back !!!! I paid 1253 omani ryal (3800 euros) for extra kilometers which I never heard before ...

  very unfriendly stuff from security outside to office stuff. they wanted to charge me 200 OMR for a scratch that was already in the car when i took it. i had to spend another day of renting and bring the car to a garage to fix tha car. on return they charged me 25 OMR for cleaning. the car just came from washing in and out and was immaculately clean. please everybody. be very very carefull with this company. it seems that their business is not renting. its more charging you extra when you are going to return the car. there are a lot if other honest companys in muscat. even if you have to pay few bucks extra. take care.

  Only after taking all of my information and making me wait an hour, they tell me they're out of my desired class of car.
