  Al Hooti is a very low key restaurant in Al Khuwair and is kind of a cult classic eatery renowned amongst people from the Indian subcontinent and also from the far east for their authentic breakfast spread which reminds most people of home. It is also extremely popular with the local Omani's especially from the nearby ministry district. The service is fantastic, the food is truly delicious and there is a separate private room for families. And did I mention that it is ridiculously inexpensive!
